Tree Biography
Tree is a hardcore punk/alternative metal band from Westwood, MA (near Boston) consisting of vocalist River, guitarist Ooze (aka Uzi), bassist Jake, and drummer Billy Beck (aka Billy Fever). The group recorded three albums for Cherrydisc -- Lot to Fear, 1994's Plant a Tree or Die, and 1996's Downsizing the American Dream -- before the label went under. Wonderdrug signed them up and issued a live album, Radio Bootleg for the Restless Masses, in 1998 before releasing an LP of all-new material in 1999 titled Our Day Will Come. No Regrets No Remorse followed in early 2001. ~ Steve Huey, All Music Guide
